In the third video, a Reaper drone conducting surveillance of ground targets in the Middle East suddenly picks up a bright metallic sphere, moving at a high rate of speed-seen in the video below. In both cases, Kilpatrick stated, the “UAPs” were actually artifacts in the sensor’s field of view and were not physical objects. In the second video, a Reaper drone recorded an object that appeared to zig-zag in the sky. In the first video, recorded on an MQ-9 Reaper drone’s forward-looking infrared sensor, another MQ-9 Reaper drone appears to fly past an indistinct object flying in the opposite direction. Kilpatrick played three video clips for the committee, two showing a UAP sighting that was later resolved and one showing a sighting that remains unresolved.
